Of course it's not. It means you're normal and healthy. As far as what Jesus would tolerate, the guy's been dead for a couple of thousand years now. He's not scowling down at you from a cloud. Give yourself and him a break. Guilt about sex is purely a human invention meant to control you.

Feeling horny is sometimes evil and sometimes it is not. It is absolutely in order if you have the feeling only with your own wife. If you have this feeling with each and every woman you come across or other man's wife it is a unpardonable sin. Why bring Jesus here ? as a matter of fact no other God of any religion have not advocated for this evil and hence they will not tolerate.

I asked a pastor who is really a good man this question once. He gave me the best answer I think id ever heard. God designed us, and as such we are sexually driven beings. Its almost impossible to not look at a beautiful woman when walking down the street in a sexual manner. However after this the choice comes where we can practice some temperance regarding our instincts, or we can take a second look if you get my drift. The second look is where we go wrong.

Feeling horny isn't, acting horny with someone other than your lawful partner is. Allah does not punish us for the way we feel, think, fantacise, dream or even intend to sommit sin unless we do it.
