avocados are fruits rich in fat... well avocados are essentially healthy... I get the inside of the avocado, remove the seed, get some milk, sugar and ice.. and mix them all together... makes a yummy desert for me...

Some people may have tummy upset by eating this,... but i tell you.. anything in excess is harmful... =>

avocado is very healthy and has many benefits. Although it is high in fat, it is the "good" fat that helps your heart. A serving of avocado a day is healthy and you shouldnt put on weight (unless of course all your other eating habits are horrid, then you will put on weight regardless of whether you eat avocado or not)

avacados are high in fat but they have the good fatty acids. similer to what's in fish.
