i no there are types for tae kwon do. i.e. WTF and ITF...what is the difference? and what would you reccomend?

also, i have not started tkd yet, but would like to get ahead and learn some techniques and excersizes. ne ideas?(stretches, blocks, attacks, warm ups, or anything that would help...?)

I'm 26 years old, and I'm still a virgin. I have had girlfriends, but have not progressed to that stage of the relationship, as I want it to be a special experience.

I've waited this long, and part of me thinks I should wait until I'm married. Another part of me thinks I should just get it out of the way.

I still want #1 to be a special experience. Do you think I'm way too old fashioned in this situation?

hit the "watch on line" link and read the descriptions of the main participants in the 1st 2 years of Iraq and understand that Iraq may be considered in the future as the worst fiasco in American history. I have always been against the Iraqi war intellectuallly (not emotionally) because it just seemed too simplistic...that the Administration was not only duping everyone, including premeir career government bureaucrats, but themselves as well. I actually don't think so lowly of Bush, it's just the people surrounding him that seemed to be incompetent or just so stubborn as to bring us all down to justify their actions. But after watching Frontline on PBS, I am left with my mouth agape at the sheer stupidity of the whole thing. according to the show, we have been operating in fantasy land the last 2 years.

There are 4 large piles of horse crap in the road outside my house. Not only does it stink but there are flies buzzing round it and no doubt some motorcyclist will come down the road and skid off his bike because of it.

There are laws for dog owners who I believe can be fined £1000 for leaving dog mess in the road. I believe this should also be the case for horse owners. Anyone agree?

I have to buy a digital SLR for my work and I am totally lost/out of my depth.

I need to take photographs of rock cores that are in boxes from approximately 1.5m above them. The boxes will be on the floor with the camera fixed to a frame directly above. The total area that needs to be in the photo will measure appromiatey 1.10m by 1.5m.

As I am taking pictures of rock core the most important elements include resolution and the camera making the colours look realistic. The photos will be used for presentations and for reports.

It would need to be relatively durable as I work in the tropics - up to 40C/100F and 80-90% humidity and plenty of dust.

My boss would prefer 8MP or better.

Oh and one last thing. I have a budget of $750 US - I think this will have to include customs tax and shipping from the US.

Irealise this is a tough ask but if anybody can provide me with some advice or recommendations I would be very grateful.

There are three types of sex in a marriage. The first one is Kitchen Sex. This is when you are newlyweds, and you're still having fun, so you do it anywhere, anytime - but mostly the kitchen.

I broke up with my ex due to the fact that he started doing loads of crugs and turned into a completely different person. In the time we've been apart I started dating one of my friends and now my ex is convinced I was cheating on him while we were together and is getting violent towards me.
We work together in the kitchen of a resturant and he keeps throwing knives, saucepans and anything he can get at me.
I love me job and don't want to leave but it's scaring me.
I still care for him as well though and don't want him to lose his career.
