I broke up with my ex due to the fact that he started doing loads of crugs and turned into a completely different person. In the time we've been apart I started dating one of my friends and now my ex is convinced I was cheating on him while we were together and is getting violent towards me.
We work together in the kitchen of a resturant and he keeps throwing knives, saucepans and anything he can get at me.
I love me job and don't want to leave but it's scaring me.
I still care for him as well though and don't want him to lose his career.
Help is desperatley needed!

Your boss allows him to throw things at you? Talk with your boss. I think he will make the correct decision.

If you want to live a long life you will move far away from this guy. Drugs cloud the mind and you never know what he will do. You cannot change him. He has to want to change and he is making it clear that the drugs are more important to him and throwing knifes at you ....come on no one would put up with that...life is way to short to waste your time on a guy like that and there are other jobs out there. ....moving is better then being dead.

If your work place is a corporate environment, ask for a transfer to another location. Tell the managers and have him documented, for legal reasons. If it is not a corporate environment, leave and go work at another restaurant. You don't need this trauma in your life. And who knows what it may lead up to. You can work somewhere else and place a restraining order on him, or you can let the abuse continue and maybe end up dead.
BE SMART.....GET AWAY FROM HIM!!!!

First off, make sure all of his actions are caught on tape for evidence.

Second, make a police report and a restraining order.

Third, make sure he is fired from the company that you two work for.

Fourth, contact a really good lawyer and begin a lawsuit and possible jail time for that *****.

*Don't be one of the woman that we see on TV that were killed because she never reported this to the police. His actions will only get worse, so don't waste time!!!*

Get him into anger management immediately. If not, then you have no choice but to report him before he hurts you and possibly someone else.
I wish you the best of luck.

You need to report himbefore he seriously hurts you, and why would you still have feelings for someone, who is so violent toward you. I would have him dismissed and report him to the authoritys.God Be With You.

Unless you like the attention you better leave. You could get seriously hurt. But some girls like it and that is why they keep letting it happen. Is this you??? Think about it.

i think you need to distance yourself from this person. how does he get away with the way he is behaving at work?? doesn't anyone else witness this? don't subject yourself to that treatment!! have him charged before things get out of control, don't wait until you are seriously injured or even worse!

You may want to tell the person in charge. I wouldn't worry about him losing his "career" if you call it that. You have to look out for YOU not him.
