There is someone whom I have known for 6 years.I love him very much and he loves me (or so he says). Im 18 yrs. old and he's 19! Whenever i tell him i love him tho, he just shrugs or doesn't say anything. We wanted to get married and have kids (of course later on in life) Recently, he's decided to love someone else and not tell me about it! Yet all the while he says he loves me and i beleive him! He says he loves me more than anything and that we will always be an 'us'... Should i continue to believe him or let it drop? Is it foolish of me to love him even tho he is seeing someone else? R there any sincere guys out there who loves females for who they r or do u like to play with our emotions until we can't take it?

I am 13 years old 5 feet tall and about 130 pounds. I really need to lose weight for my health. I also feel like people with never ask me out becuase of what i look like. I am not very active but i do have access to a tredmil. Please help i really want to lose weight. if you can give me a diet plan i would realy appretiate it. Now i usually eat a peice of toast at like 7 30 in the morning. A sandwhich water and some kind of chewy/kudos bar or snack in my lunch at school and what ever my mom makes for dinner but i usually dont really eat healthy after school becuase i can pick anything in my house if you can help me with healthy snacks it would be great
