Hey xl0zzyx,

Labelling would be used on each 'clip' to identify it's intended sequence, if it is Audio, Video, maybe a time marker, etc. So, when it comes time to put it all together, you have all the pieces properly labeled. You can use a file name for the label, put it in a directory/folder, which is 'labelled' with the particular project name.
