Sometimes when I songwrite, the tune or a part of it comes first and sometimes, the lyrics come first and I will compose a tune they fit. There is really no right way, it's up you how the melody and lyrics come together. If you are good with words it may be helpful to find a good musician to write wih or vice-versa.

Start with a good concept.I believe it was Henry Rollins who said "Good words flow to a good idea" or something along those lines.
Songs can be tricky too, in that you can go for months or even years working on the same song, and other times you will complete a song in less than thirty minutes the way Hank Williams Sr did.Good luck.

First you need to learn how to spell, lol. Next, you must research the genre you think you want to write songs in and then learn the craft of songwriting. It helps if you play an instrument as well. There are often songwriting workshops and such that you can sign up for to learn how to write songs.

I won't comment on the spelling....the others have done that already....but basically u take a deep feeling u have inside and find a poetic way of writing it. If u can write a poem, then u definitely write a song! The melody can be so varied....it depends on what u want it to sound like.....do u want it to be a rap song or a love ballad? It depends on the person....my advice for the melody would be to listen to songs that u want yours to sound like....DON'T TRY TO IMITATE THEM, THO! That's a no-no...lol....but see if u can create a melody that seems to remind u of that genre......it can be anything u want.....a three-chord song or tons of riffs and slides.....again, it all depends on the person.....I hope that helps!

find something you care about or think about and then put your thoughts in your words. sing it with a certain tune, and get someone with an instrument to play the tune.
