recieved a notice from old employer that i need to remove money in a 401k account soon, i have a new 401k account with my new company,should i roll it over, or is there a better plan? what should i do i'm 51years old and will need the retirement income.the amount is only $60,000.00 anyone had this problem before? Thank you

My husband went to assist his buddy lift some heavy furniture up some stairs in his house and came home complaining of pain in his groin area. As u no most men.....including my husband resort to doctors as a last resort. So, if anyone out there who knows of any home therapy i can assist him with I'd be glad to try. He spent most of the nite awake in pain. Please help!!!
It breaks his heart that he cant play with our son I hate to see him so helpless.

he is always saying i love you and stuff. but then when i say i love you too, he says i love you more!

my friend went out with him before but she broke up with him because he was too clingy.

(she set us up the day she broke up with him)

P.S. he always says this online.

we havent talked in person yet since we have only been going out for 2 days......long story

I moved to a lovely part of SW Florida a few years ago just after 9/11. For a few years it was paradise here - palm trees, beaches, warm weather year-round... I have 2 outlets in the bedroom that won't work. I tested it w/ a volt meter and the meter lit up but when you plug anything into it, it won't work. The house was built in 1980, so I think the wiring is older. I reset the breaker. I tried to replace it but it was really hard as the black and white wire where thick and difficult to wrap around the outlet. Anyways, any suggestions would help!
