I'll admit it, I'm "old", I saw MTV on it's first day, first video. It was great in the beginning, it was about MUSIC! I do catch "Sweet 16" and Laguna Beach sometimes, for some reason all of the drama from those spoiled brats makes me laugh.
It really isn't even about music anymore. It's "MaterialismTV".

I used to like MTV back when it was mostly music videos. Now we live out in the country and in order to pick up MTV you've got to have a big satellite dish so I don't watch it now.

I used to watch MTV back when they had 120 Minutes, Alternative Nation with Kennedy and Head Bangers Ball. Now it's nothing but crap. I still like MTV2 because they actually show really good videos.

I don't watch it as much as I used to. The "reality shows" are too staged and rehearsed, and it's obvious. The music videos are crap, too, but I can't blame MTV for that.

OMG! I LOVE MTV! That is one of the BEST channels EVER put on TV! I LOVE PARENTAL CONTROL, NEXT, AND THE MUSIC VIDEOS!

I used to and I watched Head bangers ball with Jamie Jasta but Im busy and its never on when I have the chance to watch it.
