Marinated meats have usually been tenderized already, you don't have to do anything other than thaw it before you start cooking.

If they have been marinated then that marinade should have tenderized them already. You can always sprinkle Adolph's Meat Tenderizer on them prior to cooking to make sure. That product has been around for many years and works very well.

hmmmm. Where they frozen with the marinade? What was the marinade base? Sweet tomatoe or savoury? Could you pull your question and edit with more info please? If not my best shot is Papiya juice and hot sauce, overnite.

if they need to tenderised then mix some baking soda with warm water pour over the meat massage meat then leave in fridge overnight.
