Assuming you're a teenager, it's normal to get an erection frequently, especially when you see the girl you like. It's caused mainly by the hormones in your body. Things will settle down eventually, so don't worry.
I advise against any sexual activity while driving. It might cause you to lose control of the vehicle and get into an accident!

start taking cold showers. And use a good lube for her, that will help with the soreness. Quit thinking of yourself all the time. Sex is horrible when you are sore. Start thinking of her some or you may just find her gone. No one like a selfish jerk, and that is how you are acting.
