I have suffered depression for many years now and have taken much medication for it. Around a year ago I began waking up from sleep within 10 minutes of 3am, now this is a 5 out of 7 days a week thing. Its HORRIBLE It is so bad that I decided to stop taking any medication (that was around 6months ago) and I still have this waking up at 3am thing....I have tried exercise, EXTREMEME exercise, sex, drinking alcohol, drinking warm milk, going to bed earlier, going to bed later...it still happens...its beginning to kill my mind i think....any suggestions?

hi all,
I reside in Mumbai and looking to buy a new car,
choices with me are Ford Ikon, tata Indigo, Hyundai Accent and Maruti Esteem. however i am not keen on Esteem but would like to have an idea about the other 3 choices. I am looking for a long term perspective (say 5-7 years). Also i am looking for factors like AC, power stearing and space comparisons. Request you all to guide me to choose he best car.

I have a Daikin Heating/Cooling System in my flat. I haven't got the foggiest on how to turn the heating system on and with it getting colder its going to be a problem. Is is a panel with pictures and the manual doesn't say in plain English how to change the damn thing! Is there anyone in Southfields in South West London on here that can show me how to work it?

He asked me questions about my mom and it made me cry? It was embarrassing, he helps a lot with my ADHD but it makes me nervous just going in. PS. He is insured as a second driver with me on my car. He says its not his fault, as the other driver was far away, but it seems he was speeding to pass a set of traffic lights as my brother was turning right, in to a side road. The other driver smacked into him and he got compensated as my brother should have waited for him to pass according to the rules.

i am contracting every 4 mins to 5 mins they are strong i went for an exam today and they said that i was fully effaced and 4 cm dilated i can't tell if this is the real thing or not...im haveing loose bowl movements too and this is very painful HELP!!!
