The Sea (Poetry)

Why does the Sea laugh, Mother
As it glints beneath the sun?

Is it thinking of the joy, my child
That it wishes every one.

Why does the sea sob so, mother
As it breaks on the rocky shore?

It recalls the sorrows of the world,
And weeps forever more.

Why is the sea so peaceful, Mother
As if it were fast asleep?

It would give our heart, dearest child
The comfort of the deep

I have a 5 month old daughter, she will soon be 6 months. She is perfectly healthy and is growing so much. All of a sudden her sleep pattern has changed dramatically. I have a routine with her, she gets a bath, I feed her, rock her for 10 mins, and then put her to bed. In that 10 mins she falls asleep completly, but when I go to put her down, she wakes right back up. This will continue for about 3 hours or more. I continue to rock her she will fall back asleep and then wake up the second I put her down. I will even feed her again and this does not help. Then when I finally put her down she wakes up 3 hours later and the same cycle continues. This all started about a week ago and before that I had no problem putting her to bed. Has someone had the same problem? Can anyone offer advice on what to do? And the worst part about it is she refuses to take a nap during the day. Her doctor is no help. Can someone please help?

I was dating this girl for a couple of weeks.She told me that she was a model and a cheerleader!I wasn't really fromher area and thought that was cool.But when I asked her classmates,they told me that shes not a model or a cheerleader!Theytold me that she was a psycho liar and she lied about various things.Even stupid things like winning belly dancing competitions with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera!Going to LA for modelling assignments. She would tell me that she could speak 7 different languages including German.However,when I startedtalking to her in German shedid not have a clue aboutwhat I was saying!She used to tell me stories about how her ex was stalking her and treating her badly.I somehow got to know her ex and he told me that she was lying and just trying to gain my attention.When I asked her about this she got pissed and didnt talk for days.Can somebody tellme if this is a psychological problem. If yes, whats it called?Its not a joke cuz this girl is 18!and not a kid

i have two 22F 2.5 V capacitors which i want to power a 3.4V LED. i want to use all the power in the capacitors is their any way.
i have also conected the capacitors in series to get 5V from the capacitors and have to alter my resistance to get maximum light from the LED. help needed.

Big personal dillemma. I found a girl with an absolutely wonderful personality. We've been spending a lot of time together in the last week or so, and I don't know that I could invent a personality I enjoy more if I tried. But the truth of the matter is, I am not at all physically attracted to her and I feel SO GUILTY for it. On a scale of 1-10 I find her to be a 2 or 3. I just feel like a terrible person and have absoutely no idea how to handle the situation.

She really is a great person, and I don't want to hurt her. I know she likes me a lot -- and I really do like her too. But I don't know how to handle that I am very very turned off by her physically. I've been trying so hard to change my mind about it - looking at pictures of her and trying get myself to feel some sort of attraction.

What do I do? Is it right to ignore my feelings and persue a relationship based on personality alone? Or should I just let this one go as gently as I can?

Ive never really painted a wall in my own home. I want to paint every room in my house. It feels overwhelming. Is it easy? Id have to remove alot of things, tape up the windows, etc. Will paint splatter over my glasses? I sound dumb but give me tips. Thanks.
