Watch more films! I guess it's a matter of personal taste but don't think it's better just because it was a big Hollywood production with lots of emotional moments, stirring music, etc. In other words a bit schmaltzy. I mean 'One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest', 'Goodfellas', 'Annie Hall' and so on and on are infinitely better. If it's your favourite though that's fine some people probably prefer Robbie Williams to the Beatles doesn't necessarily make it bad but don't get favourite confused with best.

There will never be the BEST movie ever made. All movies bring something different and amazing to the history of film. I think that Forrest Gump was a great film and deserved the award in...what 95'? but I do not think that it is or any other film can be labled the BEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME.

I can not say the best movie ever made but i can say that is the best psyhological movie ever made.The way tom hanks acts makes you believe that he really thinks like Forrest Gump.The way of thinking is really amasing.

Yes, it is up there with the best. Other great films that will have you glued to the screen are Glory, The Green mile and Angela's Ashes.

It is a good film but my favourite film has got to be the green mile it does go on fora long time but its a wonderful film x

Definitely one of best. Tom Hanks outdid himself this this film.
