I want to know more about the proprietary mobile phone OS of Nokia and Sony Ericsson (NOT Symbian OS), can anyone tell me about it or tell me where I can find related info?

The best places to find info and tools for the OS's of Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones are the developer sites

They have plenty of documentation and tools for developing applications and the capabilities of the OS's. You may have to register, but the registration is free.
