Daikin Heating / Cooling System?

I have a Daikin Heating/Cooling System in my flat. I haven't got the foggiest on how to turn the heating system on and with it getting colder its going to be a problem. Is is a panel with pictures and the manual doesn't say in plain English how to change the damn thing! Is there anyone in Southfields in South West London on here that can show me how to work it?

Try contacting the manufacturers, the will have a service engineer or salesman who can show you, or at least they will send you an operating manual, have the model number ready.
