A man took girls hostages -releasing the boys- and shot them to death before shooting himself.
This is like the third school shooting I heard about, and you know, I'm convinced that if he didn't hear about the other shootings, he would not have done it:
Do you agree with me: Media is just as effective as it can be negative; maybe this guy thought, hey, they're doing it becuase they're just as screwed up as me and I'll do it too.
Or , hey, that's a good idea.
Isn't weired that America and Canada have the same incidents (3) in like less than a week?

I have a big crush on a guy I met from his place of buisness. I go to the shop he works in quite frequently. It is just him and the lady who owns it there and they are very close. I have her buisness card and it has an email address on it. I want to know how to word an email to her asking if he is single. I don't want to weird her out and I wish to keep my identity hidden in fear that I will not be able to go back in the shop because of embarrsment and akwardness. How do I word this email? Well i'm 14 yrs old and 5mnths pregnant. When i found out that i was pregnant i didn't know what the hell to do but my family, friends and b/f were really supportive ....my b/f is 17 and lives with his parents and when he comes round to my house he always tells my parents how excited he is for the baby but when i'm round at his house he tells me that we shouldn't have the baby and that the sex meant nothing. I've tried breaking up with him before but it's way 2 hard he tells me that he loves me and that he's sorry....we've been together for 8 months and i want to break up with him just don't know how to have some pride and stick to it!! please help....any suggestions?????

I can understand if you want to support our economy BUT- do you think the assholes making these cars give a damn about you or the problems their half assed built cars generate for the consumer??

you beg to differ? thats okay just befriend a mechanic and perhaps invest in autozone stock!

here just read... "Of the 31 cars that earned top rating, 29 were Japanese." only 93% of the reliable cars are japanese, well at least all the suckers out there have a 7% chance of getting a worthwhile vehicle... then again they share the 7% with european cars but you get the point, or do you?

I reached Level 4 tonight and I feel good about it but I have been pondering some things. I gave up TV awhile ago and I gained so much more time. Then, I became addicted to Yahoo! Answers and all of my extra time was taken away. Maybe not addiction, but a procrastination tool which kept me away from the important things. Now, I am thinking, I need to take a long break or quit entirely and experience life to the fullest instead of sitting in front of a computer screen answering questions. There is a world outside of the computer screen. People to see, work to be done, goals and dreams to be achieved, books to be written, and empires to build. So, what I am trying to say is, how does somebody get the motivation to continually answer and ask questions on a regular or daily basis and not get burnt out and/or not feel life is passing them by? How does one have the endurance to get to Levels 5,6, and the holy grail of level 7 and continue on with no prize or end in sight?

I am just curious. I get asked a lot of crazy things when I am in other states and I say I am from NM. People ask if I am enjoying my visit to the United States (I am not kidding!) or they ask if we have grass. To me they seem like really dumb questions, but I just want to know what your perceptions are of New Mexico.

I am having a terrible time living above a smoker. Supposedly he is taking his cigs outside, but maybe he's smoking when he knows I'm not home. I have all the windows open all the time with fans blowing fresh air in, something that won't be practical when the New England winter sets in (I have already once had the heat on with windows open). I have NEVER found an air purifier that is effective at all with smoke, and I have tried numerous ones. I am really concerned. I lived above smokers for three years once, and have been allergic and sensitive ever since. When my neighbor moved in downstairs, I didn't have any problem the first month, but now I find myself going out walking in the middle of the night to escape. Any suggestions on ways to clean the air or meds or anything to help? Not practical for me to move right now, even to another apartment.
