For example, a guy who would never cheat on an exam, never lies, hates to cut in lines, thinks little things like talking on the phone with a person the opposite sex is not right, and always lives by the rules.. do u think this reflects on whether or not he will cheat on his wife in the future? Or is a man always a man?

I think it is hard to tell.You have to trust your gut feeling. There are men that should get a Grammy for how they act. I think it is more important how that person is with me now, how he treats me and makes me feel. To take the time to really get to know a person as much as possible. There are no guaranties when it comes to cheating. All we can do is ask the right question and try to build a solid foundation.As a woman or man allowing the person to show you in there actions not words how much they love you and giving your self time to let the relationship grow. If you end up married making sure to keep things spicy and taking as much time and effort as before to keep each other intrested. Especially when the kids come.

he sounds like a good guy but still be careful because even the guys that seem not to do wrong are the ones who in some cases cheat. im not saying that he will but do not let yourself get too blind. he sounds like a great guy and some one that any girl would like to date-take that as a compliment-since in todays society there are few guys like the one you described.ac heater can be the guy who has everything or the person who has nothing-to tell if a guy is a cheater is hard at first but then once you get to know him it is easy to know if he lies. cheaters are the guys who are very secretive, have many skeletons in their closet or the person you would least expect. there is no way to know if a guy will cheat until you get to know him.

Someones general behavior does give a good indication of a person's character however anyone is capable of cheating if a circumstance presents itself. There are no absolutes when dealing with people - the dynamic of human behavior is too complicated especially when you consider that people and relationships change over time.
Just learn as much as you can about the person and use resources available at the library and bookstores that deal with relationships to give yourself the best chance you have at having a successful one.

I was about to say that he's chivalrous, but he sounds way too uptight to be chivalrous. Talking on the phone with the opposite sex *is* fine. Being a guy myself, that sounds like more of an insecurity or a lack of trust issue, rather than a 'good deed.'
Though all of this does look good on a report card, I say that there's still a possibility. I mean, let's face it, he's human, there's always going to be temptation. But if he loves you, then no, he's not going to cheat on you.
However.. he does sound like one of those guys who has a rotten temper if rubbed the wrong way... Be wary of this.

Good guys will never cheat well depends because if you didn't give them the love that they deserve he will eventually stray just like the bad guys. The only difference is that he may be a little bit more patient with you before he crossed on the line. because good guys are humans too.

He sounds like a good one. Not all men cheat. Have you had a serious conversation with him about it and found out where he stands on cheating? How does he treat other women... is he respectful and treat them well or is he flirtatious? Also, be sure he is not controlling. Controlling can become problematic in a lot of ways other than just cheating.

I don't think any of that stuff applies to cheating with another girl. People most likely do it because it's something new. They want more to life than what they have. I don't think it's right, but what can you do about it. I still don't think not lying, and playing by rules has anything to do about it though.

I think that a guy like that is too perfect for me!! lol! But yeah I think that they would be a pretty honest person and I don't know but maybe when he gets out in the real world he might change. People do change as they get older. I would like to think that, because that would be an honest man.

This man will not cheat. He's a keeper. I am the same way. On the other hand my husband was always talking to other women and he cheated.
