I've been invited and I accepted but I'm just not excited about the event. When is the earliest I can leave without being 'rude'?

Leave after the bride or groom (whichever is your friend) sees you. They will only remember that you were there and never realize that you left.

I just hate weddings. The bride and groom don't leave anymore so you can discretely leave after the meal. I've seen whole tables vanish after the meal, which doesn't look too good. Maybe it is a sign of the times, people are not that interested in wedding receptions anymore. Pity we have to sit through speeches about the grooms 4th cousin before it gets to the meal.

You can attend the wedding and leave the reception within an hour after the meal. I'd at least have a dance with the bride.

A wedding is a very
special day, and if you've
been honored by an invitation,
you stay till most people begin
to retire - anything sooner than
that is rude.

If you're not excited about the
event, send a gift, and don't go.
You´ll bring bad vibes to the
entire scenario, so better stay
home.
You asked, I answered!

You don't have to go - just send them a nice card and beg off.

If you still feel like you need to go - you can leave as soon as the wedding party have left.

When the wedding is over. If you are talking about the reception, you must eat dinner because it is paid for. Leave after dinner and a few dances.

nicely I in simple terms sense like this - in case you realize your sitter could not stay longer or you felt you will desire to be the only to place your baby to mattress then you definately would desire to have in simple terms insisted on not likely interior an identical motor vehicle as Crissy. If she knew she had to stay longer than she would desire to had made different preparations with a individual who did not prefer to circulate homestead formerly than herself or she would desire to had taken a taxi to the receptions or a minimum of arranged for one to take her from the reception to back to her motor vehicle or to her homestead. i think of which you instructed her up front which you have been leaving at a definite time to tend on your baby. She would desire to had made different preparations - she shouldn't were attempting to make you reside later than you initially planned. in case you're mad concerning to the region then you definately're mad approximately it - you have the superb to sense the way you sense approximately it. How would desire to you of dealt with it? i think of you will desire to had instructed her which you're leaving earlier her so she would desire to rearrange to take a taxi back to her motor vehicle or in simple terms tension herself to the reception without you and be enterprise approximately it. i've got not got any young ones yet whilst my pal instructed me her toddler needed to be tucked in by potential of her otherwise it would not circulate to sleep i could be awareness approximately her SKIPPING the reception all collectively. Its over now... so don't be too mad approximately it.
