Key works well on that door but lock switch does not open the door from inside either. All the other doors work well.

a bad actuator is right but wd40 wolnt help it...u just need to replace it...they are a bit of a pain to replace though ..

I have seen nine times out of ten the actuator is getting weak. You might taking the door apart and lubing the assy with WD40.
