I can not answer for all schools, but I know where I grew up, we had no pool, and our school was too small for a football team. That was in the south, and I dont think it's quite uncommon out there. Hope this helps.

Not all American High Schools have their own pool or football team. Those school that don't have it may use other school's pool or field to practice and play if they have the team.

I grew up in a large city in LA and several of the schools do not have a pool - and several do not have a football team. Some of them just don't have the space and others do not have the money. Both pools and football require a huge insurance premium to cover liability issues.... and some schools aren't willing to sacrifice a huge portion of thier imsurance budgets to cover that expense!

No, not all of them. Ours has a pool, but it is an outdoor pool so it is no good to the swim team whose season runs from October - Febrary. We had to use another pool.

just the rich kids schools! ghetto schools dont have anything, everybody steals what aint bolted down!!
