I do resistance training 3 times a week (2kg weights, crunches, pushups, ect) on tuesday I do street dance, friday I do step aerobics, saturday I swim or play soccer and I try to do some other physical activity on one other day of the week , and I walk on sundays. About how active would U say I was? that equals 4 days cardio (I dont count sunday cause I go real slow and dont get my heart rate up enough) and 3 days resistance (on a good week of course, I get lazy a lot)

No, job, I sit on my bum at school :) oh, and keep in mind, this is on a good week on a bad week I'll only do resistance 1 or 2 and cardio 3 times.
