I am interested in autism because to some extent my whole family, (me too) seems to exhibit symptoms that resemble asperger's syndrome or autism.
At this stage in my life there have been so many psychological illnesses ascribed to me that it doesn't seem to make a difference what the name is unless that name can point to some hard-hitting and real solution, which in psychology is rarely the case.

I don't think it should matter that she's autistic- and "hyperactive" doesn't really give me a sense of what you're talking about specifically. If she hasn't had enough exercise in the day or has had too much sugar, maybe she's just letting go of that energy. If it's something disruptive to your routine, maybe you can figure out what is triggering her outbursts and try to keep her on a schedule. The best thing for any psychological disorder is to create more order, more organization, and keep the schedule simple and easy to follow.

Good luck with raising your child, and I hope she grows up to be just as responsible a parent.

Let her do her thing. Just watch over her lest she hurts herself one way or the other. If she is in medication, you better try to follow the schedule of dosage...but dont disturb her yet if shes busy with all her activities.

Let her play and wear herself out. If you try to hold her and control her movements, she will just get frustrated. Just watch her and make sure that she doesn't hurt herself. I hope this helps.
