Wow, that would be the best sci-fi EVAR! I'd like to see Scott Bakula (Dr. Sam Becket) make the final leap home!

I just checked on IMDb and it had Quantum Leap: A Bold Leap Forward (2006). There is no release date and the only cast listed are Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell.
Seems kinda fishy that there isn't more info.
It also said that when asked, Scott Bakula said he hadn't heard about any plans for a QL film.
Double rats!
I just LOVE QL! I wish they WOULD make a movie!!!

Though it was an awesome show, it is doubtful there will be a movie version, unless you want to count sever of the episodes (including the pilot) that were two or even three part series, effectively making a few 88 minute and 132 minute movies.

Goodness I hope so. That was a good show. But I don't think that they would be able to use the same actors. I think someone a few years ago told me that the guy that played Al died or something.

I doubt it, do you remember the last episode? he changed history, so that Al's wife wouldn't think he was dead while he was missing so she never remarried and at the end it said "Sam Never Found His Way Home" which I guess means he must of died while living someone else's life or something...Man I love that show so much!!!

Probally not... It was cancelled over 15 years ago so it's a little too late to 'follow-up'...lol
