I already know that the town transitions between reality and the Otherworld, but I want to know the details behind why the town became that way in the first place and what is the deal with the room where something terrible happened and what are some of the things that happen in the town with the ghosts and the demons and the humans. Please be as detailed as possible.

The room is were Alessa was lock up and burned.There was also a guy name Walter sullivan that murder a lot of people in Silent hill as well.How he would do it is he would kill them in the most brutal of ways and sacrifice them as well.There just some many things that happen there and that why there ghost and demons there. The humans are only there if there looking for something or there dead and they can move on.

the reason the town was desserted in the first place is there was an underground coal mine that caught fire, and after a while the ground would cave away, and the girl was punishing the town's people for what they did to her with the ghosts and demons and im not sure which room your talking about

well u see it was a group which dia lady in purple commanded n she had li ke a kid who they slang out of transition n the gurl look identical to the gurl the lady has who drives her daughter to silent hill n there was a dieases that spreaded n no cure
