This will be my first time buying a house and I found an affordable house that my girlfriend and I really like but I'm not sure if it is a safe buy. It states that: This property is corporate owned and sold in current condition. No repairs, warranties, disclosures or inspections provided by the seller. Your proof of funds or a prequalification letter must accompany all offers. A special addendum will be made a part of the final contract. Seller reserves the right to negotiate offers in any order regardless of date/time submitted. What does this mean? And would a loan be accepted?

I want to lose some weight so I've been trying to drink more water but sometimes when i drink it makes me want throw up any advise? Is it because i hardly drink any? Also i love drinking Dr. Pepper ( i drink about 2 a day) and i'm trying to stop but I don't like water too much or that flavored water, is powerade okay to substitute for the coke? I'm trying to drink healthier drinks but its hard to start drinking all that water when your not used to it.

I have to make my own personal 20 move Kata to pass my next belt grading to become a green belt, Please tell me what you think.. should I include, change anything?? There is two opponents in this kata.

Why do i feel guilty when i see people who are over weight i think i need some serious help i dnt despise of them, I weigh 54kg and only have like 20% body fat that was proven by my fitness counseler . I have a verizon wireless cellphone and i moved from one area to the another. i know there's a number you can call that it'll automatically download/upgrade software or something on the cell phone (i've called it before) but i don't remember what it is. it is *### and once you dial it your phone says its upgrading and seeks out the new towers in an area. anyone happen to know what this number is? i tried looking through FAQs on Verizon's website but couldn't find anything.

I ask because a supposedly straight girl at work has had my gaydar pinned at 100% since day 1. I'm not interested in her as a girlfriend, but I just want to know what's up with her without offending or making her feel uncomfortable. She has at least one lesbian friend, but she's implied that she's not completely comfortable with it. She is married and has children, but I don't think I'm wrong about her inclinations. Basically, I wanna be able to write a personal comment on someones page when they add me, but I have no way of finding out who is new and who is old on my friends list because I have over 1000 friends now.
Maybe if there was some program that let me save a list of my current friends and then could update itself ... I tried tagtooga but it doesn't really work well and repeats people and often fails to import. My ideal would just be to get an email telling me who added me. Any ideas?

There was this person. She was like a mentor to me. She advise me most of the time on my problems. I thought she considers me as her friend. But she didn't invite me to her wedding. Looking at the pics and looking how happy she and guests were, I was kinda sad that she didn't invite me to become a part of it. Now for the people whom she invited and she had known for for 5 years, I could understand. I had known her for only 1 year and I'm like nothing compared to them. But there is one person there whom she has also known for one year like me but she invited that person. So how come she didn't invite me at all.

I feel bad. I feel like I have no friends.
