Have you tried cortisone (sp?)shots???? Try elevating and heat to relieve some pain, also you may need to be put on pain relievers at least to take the edge off....Also if you have a place where you can do pool therapy, OMG it feels so great in that heated water....

Pain is a physical feeling, like when you break a bone, or get a toothache, or when you go into labor to have a child, even your stomach, when you get hunger pains. This is all connected to your nerves, which act as sensors and send messages to your brain, and you have the physical reaction. Suffering is similar, but not the same thing. Say you have a toothache, that's the pain part of it, but the suffering would come when you can't go to the dentist to have it fixed, and you have to suffer with the pain, and possibly the infection. There are other levels of suffering as well, like when you lose someone you loved very much, the pain of that loss causes your heart to endure this, and it can take a long time to heal, or never heal at all. Suffering happens over a long period of time, or what can seem to be an eternity. Hope this helps, good luck.

If you have not tried these it is worth the time. Knox gelitin or several doses of cod liver oil, either one may provide the missing lubricant in your joint. If you notice a small difference in a few days then keep it up while the surrounding tissues heal. Since if your body has been short on the effective ingrediant it may take pretty high dose. I used 7 large cod liver oil capsules everyday and it worked for me. An alergy may be the cause of inflamation in which case finding and eliminating it may cure you. If it is a food fairly easy start with common alergines like eggs dairy Wheat gluten (big problem) nuts etc. If it is in the air then the source will chage over time and you can find it by checking alergy reports and match the cycle to the pain For food the quick method is to fast for 4 days and add things every three days. The know gelitin must also take high doses but who does not like jello.Oh yeah use the oil without the bad taste even if it is in capsules cuz it will cause you to smeel and will get permenently into your glasses. good luck.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

Try taking turmeric capsules, fish oil, glucosamine,.chondroiton sulfate, hyaluronic acid.Eat lots of cherries and drink cherry juice.Eat plenty of green vegetables(50% raw),fish, fresh fruit.Take a good multi-vitamin and make sure you are getting enough vitamins D,C and magnesium.Make a corn sack.Take a pillow case and cut it into quarters.Sew the sides closed ,leaving an opening in the top(so it looks like a mini-pillow case).Fill it 3/4 full of shelled ,dry corn(like what is used to feed animals-but not ground or cracked;whole kernels only).Sew the top shut.Put it in the microwave for three minutes and use it on the sore joints.Corn sacks are also good for colds ,earaches, sore muscles, chills;etc.....Hope I helped, and I hope you feel better.
