ive known this guy for a couple of years and i recently started liking him..i told him and he said i didnt know that. he always tells me how awsome and funny and great i am and we talk about everything...and he kinda hints to likeing me to other people but he had a girlfriend and he didnt respond when i told him i liked him but now he does all this crap..im confused

Having read a number of the questions in the "Religion and Spirituality" section, I've been struck by the number of people -- both questioners and respondents -- who have suggested not only that proof of the existence of God (or of the veracity of Christian doctrine) is possible but also that such proof would be a good thing. This shocks me, for I have always thought that the existence of proof for either of these propositions would actually be hugely damaging because it would undermine faith. Those who think evidence possible and beneficial, though, seem to have a very different view of the impact that tangible proof would have on faith. Hence the question I've submitted: Wouldn't proof actually _destroy_ faith? If it wouldn't then in what way would it be salutary with respect to faith?

Other than the fact that I went to college, got a degree, came home and he was sitting in the same place he was when I left. I am 22 and he is 25. Not to mention he still lives at home, and has the worst attitude towards my parents. They want to do whats right but come from abusive families and have dealt with many hardships to get where they are.
I understand that this drug can be helpful but when does it stop? My mom is nervous all the time, shaking, worrying about saying the wrong thing. (he is threatening, vocally) They have been very overprotective. My dad feels like a failure. I am uncomfortable most of the time. My mom says he reminds him of her father.
There is something wrong with my family and I hope it is not too late. His friends have access to Adderall, he used to get violent with me because I wouldn't call my friends that had it. He doesn't ask me anymore. I feel obligated to help my parents but still want to get on with my life. Families health or future for my kids?

it seems like insults, curses, swearings are directed at a person constantly
i personally don't do any of these to other people whether or not i have comments on them unless they do it to me first
i really hate it when a person does nothing to harm another person and another person says stuff like:
dumba*ss
f*uck you
b*itch
d*ick
get a life
you s*uck

i mean even if these are causual conversations, i would never say these to people because when i heard them directed to me, i feel hurt and i start examine what has gone wrong in my life that makes me receive such criticism

i think i may be too paranoid about this, but wouldn't it be better if people can live in a world free of POINTLESS insults?

I was showing a friend google earth, the earth was spinning around as it does in the begginning & then stopped as did my mouse my first reaction was to replace the batteries in the mouse but this did not help I sent microsoft error reports I rebooted my computer & off we went again but it all froze in google earth again I sent an error report. The reports kept referring to drivers that I could upgrade my drvers using the internet by doing as was suggested to me in my attemts to follow the help my computer went off & came back on when following the on screen advice my key board up & down toggles just will not work I can't remember the whole page but options were to restore previous settings or start windows normally it counts down I cannot move any settings the computer tries to reboot but after the windows logo & scanning back it goes to a non functional black screen. I have windows XP if that helps. I have no problem with my keyboard if I go to set up I can move around using my keys

Just curious to see opinions:Over the next year or so there is a huge possibility that Castro will pass or be forced to give up his power. What do you think will happen to Cuba if/when this happens, will his children/supporters just take over? I was just wondering,

I am active duty army and I am currently going through college in which the military paid my tuition. Even though I am not paying anything for school can I apply for my GI Bill and get it.

I got the GI Bill when I first came in but never researched it. I am close to my degree and wont need it when I get out of the military and I know I have to be going to school to claim it. Can I do that now and if so how....
