A guy tells his mistress "It's Midnight. I won't get home 'til 2 am and I'm going to get hell from the wife" She said "Just put this snooker cue chalk behind your ear and tell her the truth. Tell her you've been screwing me all evening" The guy says "You are joking?" She kisses him"Love, trust me". When he gets home, his wife goes into one- "What time do you call this? You know you're supper's ruined? Where the devil have you been?" "I was screwing my mistress all evening, dear and that's the truth" His wife snatches the snooker cue chalk from behind his ear. "You lying swine, you've been playing snooker again with that Herbie Jones".

So in camp I had a boyfreind. I only stayed one out of two sessions in camp, he stayed two. Now camp is over and I miss him so much. I mailed him and he mailed me back. In his letter he didn't seen like he missed me all that much. I always think about him. I just feel like he dosent feel the same way and he's just gotten ovr it. Were still dateing and all but I just feel like he is too busy in camp with his freinds to be sad about me being gone.And will already be ovr it by the time he leaves camp too. Its been about 2 and a half weeks simce I left him and I live 6 hrs away from him. Do you think I miss him more than he misses me and how do I get my mind off of him?

Thomas E. Ricks was there in person when Cheney making a speech to the Veteran of Foriegn Wars Convention got the hysteria going on August 26th of 2003 by declaring that "There is no doubt" that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction, or WMD.
Cheney flatly called for war, proclaiming that Iraq was a clear and persent danger to the United States.

My mentally unstable son was taken from home at 19, by a older woman who was a professional hooker at the time and who denied us the chace to treat him, even after he had been hospitalized. She took him away to miami even though she was warned about his mental situation and we beged her to leave him alone.. Now after 3 years of not seing my son I find out that he is awaiting trial for Battery with 4 felony charges and a misdemeanor. How long can he stay if found guilty and what could i do?

- address occurrences immediately with the child;
- address occurrences immediately with the parent;
- wait and address the long-term issue if it gets to a point where it needs to be dealt with;
- ignore the behavior in the hope that the parent will intervene.

Before you answer, note:
- The friend has a pet peeve about telling people how to raise their kids and other adults directly intervening with children that are not theirs.

My wife and I lost an old friend because we acted on option #3 and got blasted for waiting.

We're on the moral high ground, but still looking for validation.

I don't really know what to think about the subject. I'll give my own answer in a minute. By the way, I do not smoke, nor do I intend to smoke..I find the smell itself disgusting. In Sunday School, this question was asked, and one little girl perked up, "Yes! The Bible calls our body the temple...(short rant)...and we're supposed to take care of it, while cigarettes damage the body, etc." - I suppose she is right, but confrontation comes to the argument when I think about my grandpa. My grandpa was nearing 80 before he passed away, and smoked cigarettes almost his entire life. I refuse to believe that he sinned every time he smoked a cigarette, because had he dropped his habit, the withdrawals would have killed him at his age. Now, I understand there are substitutes, and I don't really know what the answer is concerning those.

My answer: There's not clear-cut answer. It's one of those things that more about conviction, in my belief. Who am I to judge?

At any rate, what do you think?
