Just eat them with the skins on. Wash them first. The skin has a lot of fiber and vitamins and minerals in it. It may tickle your tongue a little at first, but you'll get used to it. Enjoy your newly found fruit!

RE:
Do you remove the skin off apricots before eating them?
Apricots have a fuzzy skin--are you supposed to remove them prior to eating or can they just be eaten? I'm trying apricots for the first time.

I'm glad you stopped using Clean and Clear, that stuff is like acid on your skin. I hate it. Anyway, you need to moisturize. Moisturizing is so important, you're using so much scrub and stuff that your skin can't take it. The best time to Moisturize is before you go to bed, because as you're sleeping, your skin heals itself. I always put some at around 10pm or something, let it sink in and then go to bed. Also, put some on in the morning. I use a Moisturizer with an SPF in it, this is so that my skin is protected from the Sun throughout the day (Even when it's cloudy and "cold" your skin can become damaged and aged). You need an SPF of 15 or above. You're on the right track with your fluids, I never drink fizzy stuff anymore, I only drink Water, Juice, Green Tea or Milk. Make sure you drink "enough" water as your body needs loads (as im sure your aware your body is 70% water). You don't need to drink 8 glasses, but maybe a glass in the morning and one at night. St. Ives is the best scrub i've come across, so keep using that but maybe cut down on the amount you use it. Exfoliation's only meant to be used once a week, and it can take too much skin off and become sore. You are at that annoying age (I'm 20) and it doesn't stop till you're maybe 23. I have blemishes, but they've really gone down with drinking water and moisturizing. O yeah, and get a face mask. These are amazing and work wonders, use one once a week. Get a mud one, they clean deep into your pores and clear them. Seriously, they are WELL worth it. :) Good lucccck.

Never heard of anyone removing skin off apricots, eat them as they are, or cooked.

Some people don't like the fuzzy skin, but I love the way it feels on my tongue. It is very edible. In fact, I've heard that on any given fruit or vegetable, much of the vitamins are in the peeling, but I'm not sure if it is true or not.

Uh, no... I haven't seen anyone do that. Plus, you'd be getting rid of a lot of the fibre and precious vitamins!
