I barely watch the show. I have just been noticing when I watch TBS that they keep on using titles that begin with "The one". What is up with that?

You know how when you are describing an episode of a show that you have seen and the person doesnt know what you are talking about until you say"You know. The one with....the breast milk." My all time favorite Friends episode.

The episodes of Friends don't really have names, like in many other sitcoms.
To distinguish between different episodes the formula "The One ... " is used, like in "The One when Joey gets married to Phoebe" (I made this one up).
