There are 2 things you can do.

1: When you put them in - use super glue.

2: Go and ask an optician

It is sometimes difficult to get the lens to stick to the eye - it can be caused by the moisture level of the eye. I find that if it doesn't want to suck onto the eye - I will set it directly on my eye and move it around a little until it finally sucks on.
As far as removing - make sure you pull the contact lens down slightly before trying to squeeze the bottom of the lens together. That way, you are off your cornea which is the more sensitive part of your eye. I find it easier (since I have fingernails) to pull the lens down with the side (closest to my thumb) of my index finger and then pinch it vertically with the side of my index finger and thumb.

Depends on the kind of lenses. I use soft plastic lenses that you can use for about a month. Getting them in is the hardest part. Open your eyes as wide as possible and roll your eyes upwards. Then put it (with preferably your index finger) in while trying not to blink or close your eyelids in any way. When it's in, close your eye and roll it around a little and then open. Taking it out, use your thumb and index finger to grab it lightly on both sides, while using your middle finger or other hand to pull down your lower eye lid. Pull them together so the lens can pop out. Et voila!

ok ...
on: make sure it is on the right side (if it has a flat curve its the wrong way if its curving up its the right way) then you lift your eye lid with your other hand and put it in.( make sure the bottom of the lense is the only pary touching your finger. not the side, the BOTTOM)
off:you lift your top eyelid with you index finger. then with the other hand you pinch it off. or rub your eye till it comes off. ( the reson it won't come off is probably cuz its dry so try to cry or something before you take it off.
GOOD LUCK! HOPE I DIDNT CONFUSE YOU

It seriously is not that hard. However, I know the way you feel as putting things into your eye is not particularly ´fun´.

Firstly make sure your hands are thoroughly clean to ensure the lensesss are not contaminated.

Then by using your index finger and your thumb, gentle pick up the lense.

Ensuring your eye is opened as much as possible place the lense into your eye.

ITS THAT EASY!!!

P.S It may feel uncomfortable at first but when you get used to it, you barely realize it,s there.

GOOD LUCK!

You probably have it in backwards. Look really closely at it if the edge of the contact is facing outward then it's backward. If it's facing inward then it's the right way. The right way is easy to put in and take out. backwards, it's harder.
