my 7 year old chihuahua has been limping on his hind leg lately... its on and off though. Like one day he'll be fine and the next he'll be limping. I'm already taking him to the vet on Saturday. Does anybody know any possible causes? Could it be signs of old age?

his reason for not hiring me,

i called the district manager up, and he said that when i resigned, i didn't give proper notice.

however, the way i quit, was i asked him if i could talk with him, and i told him that i really needed some time to myself, and i asked him if i could quit, and he said i could.

he then said he'd go through the channels, and that I could work there again one day.

What he said over the phone however was that I didn't go through the proper channels, and that I didn't give 2 weeks notice.. but my problem is that I went straight to him, and he was the one that did the paperwork for me.

That just can't be legal!

I know this is silly, but I am going on vacation this week and am typically the type to be afraid during it do to homesickness and other reasons. I really, really want my family to have a good time though and don't want to ruin it for them because of my selfishness so if someone out there can pray for my family and I to have a good and worry-free time, I would greatly appreciate it. I like hanging out on our back deck, but when it gets a bit darker out, I get freaked out when the bats start flying by. We have 2 of them that like to zip around in our backyard, and sometimes they have flown by a little TOO close.

My child is 16 months old. She just joined a child care for the first time. The staff seems to be pretty nice. The concern is that when I go to visit my child room, usually the door is shut. I use to be able to peak through the class window on the door and see her play,but now they have this thick clear plastic on the other side of the window. I can not see the kids now. They also have a sign that say please knock before you enter. Is it that they don't want no one looking through the door? I've have been to other child care facilities with my other daughter and I love looking in the door through the class window before I walk in. Should I be concern? I want my child to be in a loving envirnment. I do everything that needs to be done to protect my child safty. I even visited other child care facilities,before I choose this one.

My boyfriends ex-girlfriend and the mother of two of his kids keeps sending him emails telling him how she feels about him. My boyfriend and I have been together happily for 5 years. How do i deal with this? Recently she sent him photos of herself. Just face shots. She was saying how she can't let go. Help me please. She also know that i have access to his email, so I'm wondering if that is why she is sending these emails.
