(y + 12)^2 + 400 = 0
(x - 5)^2 + 100 = 0
(y + 12)^2 - 400 = 0

I do not think they can, becuase they are missing the middle number with the X

EX: 2x^2 + 4x + 16 = 0
Aren't all of the above equations missing the number where 4x is on this example?

If I am wrong, can you please explain? Thank you.

P.S. You do not have to solve any of these.

If we knew an irreversible catastrophic change in earths environment was certain to happen in the future and that Humankind had ONLY two choices. Is your state just awesome with the highest minimum wage in the U.S. and no state income tax, or is there some catch, like high unemployment or high cost of living? I mean this as a serious question because I work for minimum wage in Chicago, and its over $1.00/hr less. Our minimum wage also doesn't increase every year to compensate for cost of living increases like Washington's. Plus we have state income taxes and a high cost of living. I'm considering moving. I would appreciate your insights/opinions. Please mention where in Washington you live. Thanks!

He is my best friend and the most attractive guy I've ever met. He should be out of college now but he can't seem to take more than 1 class a semester and play his Xbox everyday. He plays it for about 6-7 hours a day and it never bothered me til now. We live together and still have our "dates" but just looking at him playing games makes me sick.

*He has had 2 jobs that lasted for a month or so. His dad has always given him everything he wants.

I'm thinking about working with law enforcement or protective services. That's why I want to know. Also, can the arrest record be pulled in other cities and counties? If you have no convictions, but have been arrested for felony, will it matter when you apply to work for the gov't or state???
