I was out in the sun way 2 long and now my skin is dark and I don't like it. How do i get it back 2 normal?

The best answer is to stay out of the sun. Your skin cells renew themselves all the time. When they come back you will be lighter. However, I would recommend you use a sun block when you are outside. Many black people thing they don't need one because we generally don't burn. Use one until your new skin comes and continue using it if you don't want to tan anymore.

the sun kills skin cells which is what sunburn/darker coloration occurs from. You're skin cells will replenish eventually, exfoliating may help.
