I just bought a saddle and the horse show is aug. 12th and the dye in the saddle rubs off on my pants what or how do i stop this before the hporse show! Plz answer asap!

wash 1 or 2 times with a good saddle soap(and put some effort behind while scrubbing)then hand dry with a good cotton towel. That should remove access dye from saddle

Clean the saddle to get the stuff off and use it a lot before the show wearing old pants or full chaps that won't cause a problem if they get dirty.

ardie h is right. just clean it a couple times with saddle soap and that should get the excess oils and such off.
oh, and a bar of saddle soap lasts forever. We have some that was there when my dad was a kid I think! If you don't want a bar then there's sprays and such. If you get a spray don't spray it directly on the saddle; spray it on the rag and clean with the rag.

wash with high quality saddle soap and then if it dose not work ask saddle fitter or company
