How can you Love someone when you don't really know them???? It is Lust....for some you cannot have! You are acting immature. SHape up and act like an adult.....then, perhaps, you will get the girl....or gurl as you put it.!

Be yourself. Girls really love it when boys remember small stuff like... her favorite ice cream, certain songs she likes, her favorite Aunt's name, etc. Anything that shows her that you are interested in all aspects of her other than her beauty. Practice training in your skills.
Girls only want to have boyfriends with good skills like numchuck skills and computer hacking skills.
Practice those, and you will get her for sure.
If practicing your skills fails, you can bake her a cake, or draw a portrait of her too.

sense of humor...make her laugh. but dont try too hard. just dont get all tense around her and go with the flow. simple. get 2 know her more. bring her out on dates that involve talking. movies and stuff like that doesn't work when trying to get 2 know someone. dinner, or do something fun. girls love it when you bring them out on fun dates.
