do you have sagging breast like me and feel really really insecure about them cause i sure do and if you do what do you do to help that . i really hate i have sagging boobs but my mother is like that and i'm like that but my sister isn't why is that?

Try wearing a good-quality, underwire push-up support bra. My teenage daughter and I have the same problem and this has helped us a lot. You can also try this exercise: stand with your arms bent at the elbows and hands clasped in front of you; press your hands together as hard as you can, hold to the count of five and release; repeat 10 times. Try to do this exercise three to four times per day, to increase the tone of your pectoral muscles. If you can afford it, you can also consult a plastic surgeon to evaluate if you are a good candidate for a breast reduction surgery to correct the problem. Make sure to take in account that this is major surgery, considerably painful and with all the risks related to the administration of anesthesia and those of the procedure in itself. Try working out to tighten your chest muscles and loose some of the fat in your boobs.
If your still young, dont worry about it too much, If you wear the right bra (and hopefully it wont come off alot!), then no one will notice. You should grow, and develop better posture which will help keep them up.
Your mom's are "saggy" probably because she's had two daughters!
And try not to compare yourself to your sister or anyone else, because you'll just keep comparing and pointing out the negatives untill you have no self esteem left.
