The best thing I have found for dry skin without the greasy feel is 100% pure aloe vera gel.
Dry skin can also be caused from a mineral deficiancy.

Do not use soap on your face in the shower, but dry your body off after you put baby oil on your wet skin this should help and then use Shea butter or other good lotion, wash your face before getting into the shower with you acne wash and use moisturizer for oily skin on your face.

Try using Dove, and don't use the same soap as you use on your body on your face, and try and use different washh rags one for your body and one for your face I prefer the white ones as there is no dye in them, as for the dry skin part when I get out the shower I have dry skin too, so what I do is I use baby oil and put it on my rag and dry myself off that way you get some sort of moisture in your skin just getting out of the shower, towel dry the rest of your skin that wet but leave it damp a little when applying lotion(use an good moisturizing lotion like aveeno nothing oily) to your skin so that your skin can lock in moisture, this usually works for me it sounds like alot but its not really, also you may want to take moisturizing bathes every once in a while, showering everyday usually dry the skin out more.
Hope this works.

Try Dove soap. I used to have the same problem, but then I tried Dove soap and it moisturized my skin without causing it to break out. I couldn't live without it! Good luck =)
I swear, I do not work for the company that makes Dove. If I did, I'd be doing something about a Dove perfume - I love the smell!

Try the bath and body soap , some of theirs has glycerin in it , and when you get out of the shower dry off real quick and then put on some lotion like Johnsons and Johnsons' new 24 hour lotion or aquphor or eucerin...

DHC has bar soaps, Pure and Mild soap that are designed to wash without drying and without harsh chemicals. A lot of people use them to wash their face as well. And if you ever try a product and don't like it, they'll give you your money back, so what do you have to lose?
You can order it at www.dhccare.com

Maybe you should try a non-oil based lotion or special skin care soap to prevent extra drying.... Good Luck!
