The answer for Karate is Shotogan, their Katas are more flashy than the other styles ( the four major styles ).
The answer for any Martial Arts is Whshu ( Kungfu). No other Martial Arts can teach you that many flips, butterfly twists and etc.
I was told that some Karate Athletic are applying Wushu movement in their Kata's bunkai.

Beware of "flash" it is not applicable in a real street fighting scenario. It is like a house built with a deck of cards, which only "appears" solid from certain angles. Wushu Kung Fu is definitely the most flashy and is truly beautiful to watch, but does not really apply to no holds barred street fighting.

Actually, the terms karate and kung fu are interchangeable, as they do not refer to a style, but to the general "empty hand" philosophy of fighting. Taekwando is a style (although it has several sub-styles). I would say that if you are going for pure flash, and not martial arts skill or self-defense capability, that you should look at Mike Chattarantabut (sp.?) and his XMA. The entire point of his training system is to combine aerobics, acrobatics and martial arts to create a system that makes for more athletic young people.

If you do not agree with that methodology, and you like your form to have function, i would suggest taking up a mix of capoeira and ninjutsu (train simultaneously if you have time to kill). The beautiful dancing forms and free-flowing attacks of capoeira are powerful and deadly on their own, but mixed with the advanced rapid motion/evasion techniques used by ninjutsu, they become an unstoppable combo with built in flash like you wouldn't believe.

Imagine someone running up a ten foot wall only to backflip off the top and fire off lightning fast kicks on the way down.

If you don't have a good imagination, watch Mark Dacoscos, in any movie in which he fights (Brotherhood of the Wolf is a good one).

The most flashy martial art is Kung-Fu. It has a lot of cool looking forms and they use some really neat weapons.

yea definitely wushu. even traditional shaolin looks flashier than tkd (in the forms, which are meant to condition you, not to give you set restrictions in fighting.)
