I need to put it in neutral, so that starts again, why that happen?

I dont think the problem lies with fuel in this case. I think has to do with the lag that is in a transmission. whether you park up or down if you dont set your parking brake before you put your car in park it will creep forward so that the neutral safety switch wont release.

depending on wether your parking uphill or down hill it could be anything from a malfunctioning gas pump or even a dirty fuel filter, It also sounds like it could be a brake sensor my car woulnt start if it was in park until i shifted it into nuetral, because of the brake sensor.

Is your gas tank full? Sometimes the fuel won't get to the engine if the tank is near empty and the incline is steep?
