ok....this is how it goes. i was hired in january of this year at a grocery store, in the delicatessen (i slice sandwich meat & cheese). i was hired at $6 an hour, which was fine at the time, while i was still in highschool. but now, almost 8 months later, i'm still making the same $6. but what pisses me off is that just last month, we hired 4 new people, and each one of them was hired at $7. now, i can ask for a raise, but it would be even more of a slap in the face if they take me up to $7, the same as people who haven't even been there 2 months. what do you think about my situation?? would it be asking too much to ask for more than $7 ? oh yeah, and did i mention that i have been in that department longer than all 8 other people that work with me, including the manager? any help w/ this situation would be appreciated.

why won't my hair keep hair dye in it. I have tried differnt brands Permanent Color just keeps washing out each time I wash my hair but It should not do this it should just grow out right ? and if I use a rinse I wake up in the morning with dye on my pillow case. what should I do please

my boyfriend is crazy about my under arms.during the entire course of our love making he even refuses to look at my face&focuses just on my armpit.he loves to smell them.It is a normal behaviour.I must admit I like the attention I receive from him.Now he is forcing me to stop shaving shave my underarm&insists on me wearing sleaveless.he has no problems with me waxing my arms and legs I caught him noticing other girls armits as well.I must admit it gets quiet emberassing when other people stare at my unshaved armpits.my boy friend does not seem to mind that too.is my boyfriend suffetring from some mental illness or is it natural for guys to be attracted to girls armpit. I believe in Jesus. I believe in God. I believe the original Hebrew biblical text and that it is all inspired by God. But I like the ghanja and I hate going to church. It bores me. Frankly, I'd rather be at the Ozzfest. I am not very spiritual at all. I pray once or twice a month for things I think are important, like, "God, thanks for the liver transplant", or "God, please give my wife peace during her hormonal moments". So, am I going to hell because I'm not as "spiritual" as you are?
