WHY do i always stuff things up.?

friendships,realationships,everything even when things are going well i manage to find the bad in things why can i not just be happy and leave well enough alone

youre probably trying too hard. let things happen naturally, dont try tou push for something, if you push too hard, things tend to break.

u know u could always find the bright side to about any situation. even when it looks like theres only the bad, u could still be happy that its not always like that. and what good does it do to think of the bad in a good situation? nothing. so always look on the bright side of things.
