Cute Hair Cut!!!?

I need a haircut that it super cute but a wash and go style. I don't blow dry, straighten, or curl my hair. All I do is wash and go.

I want a short hair cut...I don't want it longer than my shoulders. And I don't want it like a bob.

Can you please give me websites that have cute hair cuts or any thing like pictures etc.?
