don't know about the black thang
but in the mountains where i come from gutta means that you have to go and do something like [gutta go to the store or to town or anywhere]
? straight from the hood of what is it like i gutta get of the front of the car .got whooped once for playing on the da hood ,couldn't set down for a day ooooooouch

It's a really stupid slang term somebody made. It makes blacks seem like we are dirty. You can't walk up to someone and say we keep it gutta and expect them to still respect you.
To me it means: Dirty
