She has been in the hospital for almost 4 weeks,
with severe head trauma after her ex b/f beat
her. Doctors aren't having much success with
reducing brain swelling & fluid build-up. April is
having intense pain and diminished motor skills,
and I am very worried for her : (

She needs all the help she can get,
so please keep her in your prayers
to ask God for her complete recovery.

My wife and I are planning to visit Singapore this year. We will carry one large and one small luggage. Since taxis fee is usually higher, we are thinking about taking the MRT from airport terminal to the hotel we will be staying in. We have not decided on which hotel to stay in (we will choose the one which has a MRT station near by).
Is it convenience to carry the luggage and take MRT all the way from airport terminal to the hotel? Will there be too much hassle to cary a large luggage in the MRT? How about the return trip from hotel to airport? Or shall I just take the taxi and absorb the higher cost? Thanks!

I'm just finishing off my diploma in architecture, which is my first love. There's nothing else I'd want to do - nothing. But for the last year or so now, the workload has been getting me really down to a point where I know I'm really sad and even depressed - and it's making me ill. You can see it in my eyes, and my face is giving it away to family and friends, and it's hard for me to hide. I've seen a counsellor about this, and I thought I was over it, but I guess I'm not. The demons are still there, and I'm still hurting very much.

I'm smiling on the outside, but crying on the inside, and I'm a lost soul. Why is this? Is it that I'm realising at 24 what I'm losing out on lifewise? I really don't know what to do - my whole life seems to revolving around having to do this and that. I'm just lost. I have no one to talk to, tutors on my back - everything's a mess.

OK.. so i went to a nightclub, and i was being goofy and dancing, like other people do. Then out of no-where there was this girl who'se eye i caught and she came up and started dancing with me. We danced for a while and then she left. I basically kept on running into her throughout the night, and id dance with her and talk and smile..etc.. Anyways at the end of the night as we were walkin out i could have bought her a rose but i didnt... then right after this i asked for her to write down my number in her cell (since i didnt have my cell on me to get her number) and call my cell (right there and then) so that i would have her number. Anyways i got home and i dont see any new missed calls from anybody. So a couple days later i was browsing myspace.com and i found her profile on there. So my question is, should i message her ? If so what am i supposed to say? Do you think that because i didnt give her a rose she got upset, or am i thinking into this too much? Anyways what should i do?

I was divorced 6 months ago after a 20 year old marriage. My husband wanted the divorce and he's moved on very fast (new "serious" relationship etc.) but I seem to be stuck. I'm still in love with him although I shouldn't be. It's very painful. How did you survive your divorce?
