In Ohio, is it possible to get my employer to pay me anything extra for the 2 months i didn't recieve my paycheck. They have a set pay schedule, but the clerk kept telling me she misplaced my time card. I think I should get some interest for the ordeal.

i'm a girl from iraq ,i'm 16..i like meeting ppl from different countries but the problem is when they know i'm from iraq,they(most of them) start saying bad things about me..why would they do such a thing??i mean i'm just as normal as any other girl in the world??am i a human or not??would you do the same and be as rude as most of them??try putting yourself in my place and imagine how painful it would be...what do you think?

My horse has a problem with being tied. Whenever she is tied to a fence she pulls back and rears until she breaks her halter, sometimes she even falls over. Even if she is not tied, when she feels in danger she will rear and fall flat on her back. I think she has been abused in the past, any advice on how to help this horse overcome her fears?
