It is definitely better than eating a lot of hot dogs or french fries!
Fruit is relatively low in calories and has tons of vitamins and antioxidans. Most of it is water, and that hydrates you. The worst thing that will happen to you is that all that fiber will make you poop a lot. You probably will not get sick.
Besides, remember the old 5-fruits/veggies-a-day rule? You just went a little bit over that! It's probably a good thing.

There are a lot worse things to 'eat too much' of....that's for sure.
However, if you are a person who is concerned about carbohyrates and sugars then I would watch how much of them that you eat.
Just for fun, look up how many carbohydrates are in a medium apple..
But again, you're probably better off eating more fruit then, say, chocolate bars.

Fruits are probably the best for you than anything I can think of. The only thing that may be bad for you in fruit is it has natural sugars (e.g. gluctose) and too much is bad. But that would only mean if you had like 12 apples, for example.

fresh fruits in moderation contributes to excellent overall health and fitness. however, a lot of the fruit that is grown today is much higher in sugar than they would be in a natural environment...so remember, moderation.

It's perfectly healthy.. I had a day like that today too!
Seriously... watermelon, apples, nectarines, cherries... you name it, I ate it lol
Unless you eat fruit in HUGELY excessive amounts... I'm talking 50+ servings a day, don't even worry about it... fruit is HEALTHY!
