I want to be certain that I'm not being over charged. If I know like a price per foot and maybe a price per downspout, and if there is an additional charge for a second story house. Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

I pretty sure their getting about seven dollars a foot installed. That's about two bucks more than pre-Katrina. I found a crew out of Texas who were finishing an apartment complex near my house. They put up a hundred and thirty feet for three bucks a foot. Deal of a life time. Even threw in two free downspouts.

My boyfriend does contracting so he says its 2.50 per foot for the gutters, 10 dollars for a ten foot liter pipe and 3 dollars for elbows and 1.50 per strap. The second story charge is basically up the the company that does it. BTW these are NJ prices just so u know.
