Well as we all know, Dr. Jeffrey suggestion of eradicating world poverty is great but, there is one slight problem. Well actually one big problem. To help many of these third world countries requires money and lots of it. To rebuild infrastructure, hospital, schools, all require money. Where would we get this money from? Sure, you have private donations to pitch in but, a majority of the world just doesn't give a crap about world hunger. Now if you could, then that would be amazing but, look at Africa. Nearly the entire population has AIDS and is poor. Well, this may sound cruel but, face it. There is no hope for Africa. Billions would be needed to fund mass projects to educate the pratice of safe sex. Which by the way doesn't occur over there. Most of the Africans live in the wild. You know how hard it is to set up a modern civilization?? Land Lines would have to be placed everywhere for thousands of miles. What about those in the desert?
